How to Book

Reservations are made online through our booking page. Select your preferred date, court, and time slot, then complete the booking form.

Slot Reservation

Your selected time slot is temporarily held for 15 minutes after submitting your booking. The slot is not confirmed until payment is verified.

Confirmation

Your booking is only confirmed after our admin manually verifies your payment screenshot. You will receive a confirmation email once verified.

Booking Accuracy

Please ensure all information submitted (name, email, contact number) is accurate. Incorrect details may delay or prevent confirmation.

Payment Method

We accept online transfer only via GCash, BDO, or China Bank. Cash payments are not accepted through the online booking system.

15-Minute Window

You must submit proof of payment within 15 minutes of completing your booking form. Failure to do so will automatically release your reserved slot.

Exact Amount

Transfer the exact total amount shown. Partial payments will not be accepted and may result in booking cancellation.

Payment Reference

Use your full name as the payment reference or sender name so your transaction can be matched to your booking.

Rate

Court rental is charged at ₱500 per hour per court. Rates are subject to change with prior notice.

Before Proof Submission

You may cancel your booking at any time before submitting your payment proof. Your reserved slot will be released immediately.

After Proof Submission

Once you have submitted your payment screenshot, the booking can no longer be cancelled through the website. Please contact us directly.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a confirmed booking. We do not guarantee refunds.

No-Shows

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive extra time beyond the booked slot.

Proper Attire

Court shoes and appropriate sports attire are required. Street shoes or sandals are not permitted on the courts.

Equipment

Paddles and balls may be available for rent. Bring your own equipment for the best experience.

Conduct

Players are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times. We reserve the right to remove anyone causing disruption or damage to the facility.

Liability

Court88 is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during your visit. Play at your own risk.

Changes to Schedule

Court88 reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to facility maintenance, safety concerns, or force majeure events. Affected customers will be notified.

Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our booking service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be settled in the appropriate courts of Cebu City.
